Sinekatalog’s take
F.W. Murnau's silent Faust is a spectacular expressionist fantasy of devil, angel and the soul. Emil Jannings's Mephisto is wonderfully wicked, and the film's special effects and imagery are breathtaking.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
