Plot

Three stories of love and obsession inspired by bunraku.

Sinekatalog’s take

Takeshi Kitano's three bunraku-inspired love stories are elegant, sad and ravishingly coloured. Yohji Yamamoto's costumes and the seasonal images make it a stately, melancholy meditation on devotion.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
