Three women, all named Cissie Colpitts, each drown their husbands in a darkly comic story full of counting games.
Sinekatalog’s take
Peter Greenaway's black comedy of three women who drown their husbands is a clever, counting-game puzzle. Visually rich with Michael Nyman's music, it is mannered, macabre and darkly funny.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
