Plot
A comedy about a working-class London family: the optimistic mother, her cook husband, and their twin daughters, one of whom has bulimia.
Sinekatalog’s take
Mike Leigh's warm, comic portrait of a working-class London family is sharp and affectionate. Alison Steadman and Jane Horrocks are superb, and the film balances laughter with real pain.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
