Sinekatalog’s take
John Ford's cavalry western follows a rigid colonel leading men to disaster. Henry Fonda and John Wayne are strong, and the film's mix of humour, myth and tragedy is classic Ford.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
