Plot

Charles, a charming but commitment-shy Englishman, attends a series of weddings and a funeral with his group of friends. At the first, he meets Carrie, an American woman, and they keep running into each other over the next months, as he struggles with his feelings. Mike Newell's 1994 comedy, with Hugh Grant and Andie MacDowell, and a script by Richard Curtis, was a huge international hit.
