Sinekatalog’s take
Ingmar Bergman's psychological horror traps a painter on an island with his demons. Max von Sydow and Liv Ullmann are tremendous, and the nightmare images are among Bergman's most chilling.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
