Sinekatalog’s take

René Clair's light supernatural comedy has Veronica Lake as a witch pursuing her ancestors' foe. Charming, witty and sexy, it inspired Bewitched and remains a delightful fantasy-romance.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
