Plot

A man with an idea about reform of football rules.

Sinekatalog’s take

Corneliu Porumboiu's documentary follows a Romanian civil servant who dreams of reforming football's rules, in deadpan scenes of ideas and failure. Dry, absurd and affectionate, it is a quietly funny meditation on obsession and a life's unfulfilled projects.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
