A film that won the BAFTA for outstanding British debut.
Sinekatalog’s take
Paweł Pawlikowski's drama strands a Russian mother and her son in a seedy English seaside town after a failed asylum bid. Dina Korzun and Paddy Considine are excellent in a moving, grey and humane British debut.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
