Sinekatalog’s take
Luis García Berlanga's black comedy follows a dentist, played by Michel Piccoli, who falls in love with a life-size doll. Bold, melancholy and unnerving, with a grotesque edge, it is a strange, sad study of loneliness and illusion.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
