Sinekatalog’s take
Lina Wertmüller's film follows a peasant planning to assassinate Mussolini who ends up in a Rome brothel. Giancarlo Giannini and Mariangela Melato are superb in a passionate, bitter mix of farce and tragedy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
