Sinekatalog’s take
Giuseppe Tornatore's drama follows a charming conman touring Sicily promising screen tests to poor villagers. Gentle and bittersweet, with Sergio Castellitto, it is a moving fable about dreams and exploitation.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
