Sinekatalog’s take
Jan Švankmajer's gothic horror-comedy mixes Poe, de Sade and raw meat animation in a madhouse tale. Grotesque, philosophical and darkly funny, it is a bold, unsettling and intellectually playful provocation.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
