Plot
A kind-hearted foundling helps the residents of a shantytown in a fable with touches of magic.
Sinekatalog’s take
Vittorio De Sica's fable of shantytown dwellers and a miraculous foundling blends neorealism and fantasy. Whimsical and touching, with a famous flying-broomstick ending, it is a charming social parable.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
