The accident-prone Monsieur Hulot unintentionally disrupts a quiet seaside resort.

Sinekatalog’s take

Jacques Tati's first Hulot film sends the bumbling hero to a seaside resort for a gentle comedy of sight gags and sounds. Delicate and inventive, it is a classic of near-silent comedy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
