Plot
An idealistic young senator takes on corruption in Washington.
Sinekatalog’s take
A naive senator filibusters against corruption. Capra's film is idealistic and sentimental, anchored by James Stewart's earnest performance, and it still resonates as a defence of civic honesty.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
