Sinekatalog’s take
Flora Gomes's musical comedy follows a young woman from Guinea-Bissau with a singer's voice and a family curse, who goes to Paris and then returns home. Colourful, warm and spirited, it is a charming, lightly satirical African musical.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
