Short tragicomic scenes about ordinary people, including a woman who dreams of marrying a rock star, in a Swedish city.
Sinekatalog’s take
Roy Andersson's deadpan tragicomedy strings together sad, absurd vignettes of ordinary people. Bleak yet affectionate, with a wonderful band-and-bed dream sequence, it is quietly hilarious and unforgettable.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
