Sinekatalog’s take
Derviş Zaim's second film on traditional Turkish arts follows a calligrapher in a story that fuses old and new, art and crime. Visually rich, deliberate and meditative, it won him a second Golden Orange for best director.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
