Plot
A young policeman is ordered to tail a teenager who smokes hashish, and has doubts about arresting him for a crime that may soon be decriminalised.
Sinekatalog’s take
Corneliu Porumboiu's deadpan procedural follows a cop tailing a hashish-smoking teenager and balking at arresting him. Slow, dry and cerebral, with a famous dictionary scene, it is a witty study of law, language and conscience.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
