Plot
Originally planned as a miniseries, it marked his shift to absurdist comedy.
Sinekatalog’s take
Bruno Dumont's miniseries drops deadpan comedy into a small-town murder mystery, with bumbling cops and a gang of kids. It is absurd, tender and disturbing, and it marked a surprising turn in his career.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
