Sinekatalog’s take
Takeshi Kitano's yakuza film mixes sudden violence with idle beach games and a sad calm. Deadpan, lyrical and melancholic, it is among the best of his gangster work.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
