Sinekatalog’s take
Ingmar Bergman's early romantic drama has a ballerina recalling a first love by the Swedish sea. Tender and luminous, with Maj-Britt Nilsson excellent, it is a delicate, bittersweet film that foreshadows his later themes.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
