Sinekatalog’s take
Naomi Kawase's gentle drama of an elderly woman teaching a dorayaki seller her bean paste is warm and quietly moving. Kirin Kiki is wonderful, and the film is tender, sensitive and gently sad.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
