Sinekatalog’s take
Chetan Anand's noir-tinged musical follows a Bombay cabbie, Dev Anand, who falls for a struggling singer and tangles with a gang. Brisk, tuneful and atmospheric, with S.D. Burman's songs, it is a charming urban thriller.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
