Sinekatalog’s take
Costa-Gavras's drama follows a Czech minister broken by interrogation in the Stalinist purges. Yves Montand is harrowing, and the film's cold, accusing intensity makes a powerful and bleak indictment.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
