Plot

During World War I, in an alternate version of Mozart's opera, a young soldier is drawn into a fantasy world.

Sinekatalog’s take

Kenneth Branagh's English-language film, with Joseph Kalleja and Amy Carson, is a lavish, odd transposition of the opera to the trenches.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
