Sinekatalog’s take
Kubrick's ice-cold take on Stephen King is more about dread and ambiguity than scares. The hotel's geometry, Jack Nicholson's slide into madness and the ever-present Steadicam keep it unsettling.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
