Sinekatalog’s take
Hal Hartley's low-budget debut pairs a teenager and an ex-con mechanic in Long Island. Deadpan, odd and sweet, with Adrienne Shelly and Robert John Burke, it launched the director's stylised indie voice.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
