Plot

A short silent film of dreamlike images made with Salvador Dalí, including the famous shot of a razor and an eye.

Sinekatalog’s take

Buñuel and Dalí's 16-minute surrealist short is a string of shocking dream images with no logic. The razor-and-eye opening still jolts, and the film remains a founding text of cinematic surrealism.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
