As he gets more deeply involved, he begins to hallucinate, and his body is transformed by the signal. David Cronenberg's 1983 horror film, with James Woods, is a prophetic, disturbing exploration of media and the body.

Sinekatalog’s take

David Cronenberg's media-body-horror is a feverish vision of television devouring reality. Disturbing and ahead of its time, it blends sex, violence and technology into a challenging, unforgettable fable.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
