Cameroon
Cameroon's cinema is small but quick-witted. Jean-Pierre Bekolo became known for energetic, satirical, genre-bending films such as Quartier Mozart, which blend African urban life with a playful reflection on the image. The country is also a lively centre for short film and web series.
