Sinekatalog’s take

Alejandro G. Iñárritu's self-reflective fantasia is a sprawling, visually dazzling dream about identity and Mexico. Ambitious and indulgent, it has stunning scenes but is overlong and self-absorbed.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
