Sinekatalog’s take

Cristian Mungiu's drama of a young woman trying to rescue her friend from a remote Orthodox convent is stark and tragic. Based on real events, it is a probing, patient study of faith, love and control.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
