Migrant workers in textile factories.
Sinekatalog’s take
Wang Bing's documentary follows young migrant workers from Yunnan in Huzhou's textile workshops, as they chase wages and love. Intimate and vérité, with long takes, it is a clear-eyed portrait of China's economic boom from below.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
