Sinekatalog’s take
Bertrand Tavernier's war drama follows a brutal frontline officer unable to adjust after the First World War armistice. Philippe Torreton is superb in a harsh, thoughtful film about soldiers, violence and a cruelly forgotten generation.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
