Sinekatalog’s take

Francesco Rosi's opera film brings Bizet's Carmen to the Spanish landscape, with Julia Migenes and Plácido Domingo. Sunbaked, vivid and passionate, it is a handsome, grounded take on the opera on location.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
