Plot

An ordinary man becomes obsessed with the place where aliens will make contact.

Sinekatalog’s take

Spielberg's sci-fi wonder-piece treats first contact as awe and obsession rather than invasion. The mothership finale still gives goosebumps, and Richard Dreyfuss's possessed everyman feels wonderfully human.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
