Plot
A prison space station orbits a distant planet and houses the most dangerous criminals in a harsh, grimy world. When a mysterious newcomer, who seems to have a gift for healing, arrives among the inmates, the station's doctor begins to suspect that his powers hide something stranger. Marc Caro's 2008 science-fiction film is his first feature without Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
Sinekatalog’s take
Caro's first film without Jeunet keeps the grime and the strange faces but loses the humour that made their joint work warm. Its visual ideas are striking, the story less so.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
