Sinekatalog’s take
Nagisa Oshima's absurdist satire follows an executed man who survives but forgets who he is, as officials try to restore his guilt. Dark, stylised and ferocious, it is a sharp attack on capital punishment and prejudice.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
