Sinekatalog’s take

Satyajit Ray's drama follows a young wife whose devout father-in-law decides she is the goddess Kali incarnate. Sharmila Tagore is haunting in a quiet, powerful critique of blind faith and its human cost.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
