Sinekatalog’s take
Louis Feuillade's twelve-episode serial follows a masked avenger punishing a corrupt banker, with disguises, secret passages and daring rescues. Elegant and poetic, it is a silent-era thriller of dreamlike charm admired by surrealists.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
