Sinekatalog’s take
Yavuz Özkan's drama of late 1970s Turkey follows miners and their struggle in a harsh landscape of labour and politics. Austere and humane, it is a respected piece of socially engaged Turkish cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
