A woman's struggles in the Romanian transition.

Sinekatalog’s take

Lucian Pintilie's bitter tragicomedy follows a young woman's brutal struggles in post-Ceaușescu Romania. Wry, angry and vivid, it is a hard-edged portrait of a society in chaos and a landmark of Romanian cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
