Sinekatalog’s take

Ruy Guerra's musical, set in 1940s Rio, adapts Chico Buarque's stage hit about hustlers, brothel owners and love. Colourful, brash and full of songs, it is a lively if uneven carnival of Brazilian popular culture.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
