Plot
On Christmas Eve a rich family's charity campaign, 'Seat a poor man at your table', brings out the hypocrisy of the town.
Sinekatalog’s take
Luis García Berlanga's black comedy turns a town's 'Seat a Poor Man at Your Table' Christmas campaign into a satire of hypocrisy. Frantic and cutting, with a great ensemble, it is a classic of Spanish social comedy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
