Sinekatalog’s take
Ingmar Bergman's early drama has a young woman with a troubled past and a sailor falling in love in a harbour town. Raw, realist and sympathetic, it is a sincere, rough study of youth and shame.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
