Sinekatalog’s take
Lynne Ramsay's debut, set in a 1970s Glasgow tenement during a refuse strike, is poetic and unsparing. William Eadie is remarkable, and the film finds beauty and tragedy in childhood among rubbish and canals.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
