A Jewish man hides in occupied Warsaw.
Sinekatalog’s take
Andrzej Wajda's drama follows a Jewish man who hides in occupied Warsaw after escaping the ghetto and is haunted by guilt. Serge Merlin is strong in a sombre, moral film, though it is less fierce than Wajda's best war works.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
